Pros

The top-up plan in place is great.

Cons

This company is lacking at management level. The management of my department was not up to the task. Clearly. There is so much to go back to: 1/Micromanagement and excessive oversight. 2/Poor communication and decision making. 3/ Total absence of leadership. 4/ Overworking least favorite employees. 5/ Constant gaslighting. The list goes on and on. But hear me out, if by any chance you report any of the above to the powers that be, may our Lord and Savior be with you. For any indication of how bad this is: 1/ Retention rate is low 2/ Turnover is pretty high 3/ Work environment was horrendous in my department. Etc.
