      The management is very nice, helpful and supportive. Projects are interesting, and fast paced, agile. Theres a lot of freedom to inovate and propose your solutions if you are interested in the architecture and engineering part.

      Salary isnt competitive, Low on people, A lot of techical debt from legacy apps, Not enough support devs No dev ops
