      bad management didn't take my salary for two months and refused to give it to me when leaving team lead has no technical background its name was BEEC and they change it to Dezign Arena to avoid problems

      owner is nice. but aloof as hell.

      Cons

      not an actual general contractor. can't manage a project to save his life. if he says he's subcontracting labor out, he's lying, while still charging you a finder's fee.
