      Pros

      I’ve spent 8 years in this industry and never worked for a company as great as Fives Intralogistics. - Leadership: CEO- Don Keel has turned Fives around! - Teamwork: Everyone jumps in and helps. - Ethics: “We say what we do!” - Fast-growing : The Louisville office has double in size over the past year. - Exciting new technology: I’ve never worked for a company that has been this innovative. - Turnover is crazy low: 2020 has seen only 1 person leaving for another opportunity.

      Cons

      Fast growth = growing pains. Some “Old Fives” mentality that at times slows us down. Most of this has ended but a couple of stragglers remain. Resources although abundant in some departments, still lack in others.
