      Pros

      There is always something new to help everybody to improve ourselves and help the company to be better. There is a great team to work with. The new management is making improvements to have good company and the HR group always have something fun to help have a united employee community and achieve a better work team.

      Cons

      All the cons can be opportunities to improve you just have to look it in the positive way.
