Pros
The job itself is easy, just show up on time each day and you won't have to worry about their performance point system all that much
Cons
The job ends when the work is finished, or so they tell you. In actuality they have such a massively horrendous turn over rate that when the job is finished they still expect their second shift workers to continue into night time operations. Fifteen hour days, every day if you're a second shift Material Handler. First shift must have been the shift you could come in for eight hours and skate right out, because the first shift always left the welding lines full of trash and left a lot of unfinished work for the second shift to do to start their day. If you begin working here through a temp agency, demand first shift or you won't be working there more than a few days.
