The pay and benefits are pretty good.
Cons
The building and machines are dirty, disgusting, and, falling apart. Very poor management and culture. Morale is horrible. Production is far more important than safety or quality. On call 24/7 and Faurecia has no qualms about abusing this. Better take your laptop and phone on vacation. Americans are being phased out of management.
