Pros
Lots of opportunities to move into different positions, divisions, or locations. Faurecia encourages employee movement and development. Lots of investment in employee training. Very diverse environment and opportunity to work with teams globally. Faurecia is growing their business and investing in future projects.
Cons
Lots of systems that can be difficult to learn to use as a new employee. Heavy focus on reporting can make it difficult to get day to day tasks completed. Numerous procedures, forms, etc can make simple tasks quite difficult and time consuming. Some of the rules developed from the headquarter location in France don't translate well to other countries.
