Pros
High growth, expanding company. Big opportunities for anyone who is willing to work for it. Most employees have a good work/life balance.
Cons
Understaffed, sometimes unattainable expectations. Some decisions seem short sighted and just to appeal to investors for that quarter. Sales is king, other areas sometimes get the shaft on salary increases and bonuses.
