Some friendly collegues, some hard working people, know-how in chemical areas, ex Nalco culture (but fading away quickly)

Cons

Much politics, strong pressure on numbers, projects with unrealistic timing and insufficient resources, inconsistent expectations, many employees with poor skills, top management thinks and acts in silos, no real teamwork, games being played by management frequently

Can be used as a first job ever.

Cons

Absolutely boring job with barely any career advancement opportunities. Managers were like an elite club, and if they personally didn't like you, you were doomed.
