Pros
The energy and optimism from the global teams was great. At entry/mid level, all staff share a common passion - music - which is exciting and great socially.
Cons
All decisions made from the HQ and a heavily siloed decision making process. Very dysfunctional C Level with a lot of politics that trickled down the ladder and lead to demotivated teams. Personally I witnessed some highly sexist behaviour from C-suite leadership.
