      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to work with big brands, huge campaigns and gain experience in loads of areas. Thrown into the deep end and given lots of responsibility early.

      Cons

      Can be a hard nosed commercial environment - if you don't like a fast pace and changeable environment then probably not the place for you.
