Business Outlook
Pros
Working with a really talented, driven group of colleagues. Fantastic company culture. No unnecessary bureaucracy - the right people are in the right meetings irrespective of seniority. Hybrid working policy works well - there is a lot of flexibility but the right balance of collaboration.
Cons
Pay and benefits are lower than other businesses although the business does a lot to support colleague well-being and the hybrid working policy allows far lower travel costs. There is not much formal structure for training and development but at the same time, lots of opportunities to learn and grow and work in different teams.
