Pros
Colleagues in stores are great, all support each other and get on well and work together for the most part.
Cons
Where do I start ! Long term staff unless you're management will never get a pay rise we took a pay cut many years ago we haven't had a rise since then !! No reward for long service!! Bullying in rife amongst management to colleagues, very "my way or the high way" living in the past attitude! Management live in fear of the area managers and do whatever they can to cover their tracks. HR is even more of a joke if you have an issue be prepared for them to be no help whatsoever !
