      Pros

      Great bonus if ur store reaches target (sales/ cashiers) Great incentives (not done very often) Great colleagues

      Cons

      Terrible managers (slow!!!) Company is very slow at progression Lots of targets and KPIs for all staff (with the exception of warehouse staff) Training is NOT done regularly enough to increase your rate of pay Company like to put you on lower contracts than you should be
