Pros
Competitive sales dept, good training. Bonuses for sales although almost impossible to reach targets for part time staff.
Cons
Everyday felt chaotic and lacking organisation. The PoS system was completely dated and would result in loss of sales. Felt like it was better to not make a sale than make one without insurance. must have seen ~20 different members of staff come and go in about a year.
