We’re constantly striving to be a company that people like you can be proud of working at, so will take your comments about overtime, pay and Pin Point into consideration.
We take mis-selling very seriously in our business and have a conduct policy in place to prevent this from happening. Anybody found not complying to FCA regulations will be dealt with accordingly.
We want all Carphone Warehouse staff to feel that their store is a place where they can progress and feel appreciated, so we’re disappointed that you have witnessed Geek Squad agents being treated unfairly.
