      Pros

      Good for opportunties, and you can move from the Retail enviroment to other channels. So progression is possible. Good discount which now applies to Best Buy.

      Cons

      Constantly changing goal posts. Never sure what it wants from it's teams. Bizzare bonus structures which don't always relate to areas which you can influence.
