Fellow assistant managers and general managers haven’t got a clue what’s going on, very old set in there ways type of manager, “back in my day” type they put huge amounts of pressure on the sales team without supporting them or taking care of there well being. Often pressing colleague to push sales or insurances and care plans to customers which don’t want or need them. KPIs are very challenging and the only way to obtain these targets are through heavily discounting products and bribing the customers. They talk about clear simpler faster but with an outdated eclipse system they run from a old version of windows it is anything but the computers may as well be type writers with the ages of them, they really need to invest some money into the infer structure of the business and actually help the colleagues out. Finally my experience of working for this company is they are the most crooked company going, they are supposed to follow an FCA guideline however they are very much none compliant and don’t actually seem to care what the customer wants, the sales colleagues are massively pressured against the high targets to which management just threaten to put colleagues on performance review instead of questioning why are they so high it shows a lot about the company A. They don’t care about customers B. They don’t care about colleagues C. It’s just about the money
