Thanks for taking the time to leave us a response. We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. We wanted to reply to some of the comments you’ve made.
As our customers' expectations change, we had to make some tough decisions about how we operate to make sure we continue to put our customer first. This unfortunately meant we did made some redundancies earlier in the year. We worked closely with all impacted colleagues during this time to make sure they had the support they needed.
We have a new Inclusion and Diversity strategy for 2020 and have recently signed the Race at Work Charter with commitments set out to deliver to continue to make our business an inclusive and diverse place to work.
It is very important to us that all our colleagues are paid on time, if you have had any issues regarding your pay then we'd urge you to get in touch.
