      - Some nice benefits - Experience - Smart people, however underpaid - Nice location with a rooftop terrace

      Cons

      - Recent adoption of the SAFE Agile methodology has left the company in chaos - Outdated platform with lots of legacy code that nobody seems to be in any rush to update. - Outdated procedures for almost everything - Very limited opportunity for career growth - Management spends all their time fixing problems that don't exist instead of focusing on the real issues. - Outdated hardware - Far below-average pay - No room for improvement
