      Pros

      The majority of entry/mid level staff are a good bunch of genuine people and The Castle pub over the road does a decent beer!

      Cons

      Poor staff discount, awful head office location in the middle of nowhere (you have to enjoy eating Subway and Tesco meal deals every day), culture of management withholding information, poor toilets/gym/showers (6 showers for the entire workforce?)... the list could go on..
