- No end of work to be done due to the number of problems facing the company - you can leave at 5:00 and working from home on Fridays has become the norm
Cons
- very challenging and often aggressive colleagues - you often have to work with people who are supposed to be SMEs but often don't know their hand from their foot - managers are more interested in managing upwards than actually taking stock of their direct reports - teams can often be cliquey and there is real emphasis on 'rising stars' and not teams as a whole which often leaves people being feeling disinfrachised - Not a meritocracy - No training - No career progression unless you are in the clique in which case too much career progression with people getting promoted long before it should be due
