      Pros

      Management style is relaxed. Colleagues have charisma and character. A fair amount of freedom as to where you choose to work.

      Cons

      Underpaid, base minimum wage job with no increase in pay with training. Understaffed as a result of poor wages. Overworked due to lack of staff Low motivation due to constant overworking of management. Had our breaks cut to half an hour no matter how long of a day you work.
