      Great sharesave scheme and employee offers from networks

      Cons

      Post-Merger Carphone management aren't respected in the company and are often looked over for new opportunities. The Currys-PC World management tend to be white Middle-aged men that enjoy a round of golf. Carphone Management tend to be young, want to do well whilst keeping their teams happy which doesn't fit the Dixons model of putting the COMPANY before the staff and the customer.
