hard to progress The company survives only because of its warrenty product and pressure to sell this is very high Management lack the ability to motivate their staff Talent / Innovation isn't appreciated nor encouraged Poor relationships between management and staff especially during tougher trading times of the year Company suffers from poor customer relations and can be almost an embarrassment to work for sometimes Good management are keen to leave or get headhunted to other firms (2 of my former managers got head hunted) Training just doesn't happen, ever.
