Pros

The people in stores are great to work with, alongside looking at the latest technology.

Cons

The company doesn't really care about staff or customers only profits. Little or no support available when you need it most. Heavily target driven environment that promotes underhanded tatics to gain attachments on sales mainly at the cost of the customer. Bonus and commission was once used to motivate teams now it's the opposite. Targets are designed to work in the companies favour getting what they want and not paying the staff for anything resulting in low morale. Targets are inconsistent across the stores making some even harder to achieve than they already are. The systems the company has been built on are not able to keep up with life in today's world. A whole host of holes and glitches that can literally make or break your day. A lot of loss to the company is related solely to these issues along with the embarrassment of the staff to use it in front of customers. This could go on and on but I don't have the time.
