We understand that targets and performance expectations can sometimes feel challenging. In our retail stores, while we do have targets to achieve, our focus is always on the customer. By offering the right products and services for their needs, we aim to create a positive experience while also achieving store performance goals. We also encourage open and honest conversations between colleagues and line managers so that any concerns can be discussed and supported.
