Good company to work for - Sales Manager Currys Employee Review

I’ve worked with good managers and I’m now working with a very young, and poorly trained manager which increases the stress levels as they don’t listen to experience because they think they know it all already. This can be a dangerous environment for talent as we are losing exceptional colleagues regularly which is a real shame.
