      Sale team is amazing, super supportive and caring. Genuine satisfaction with performance. Good hours.

      Cons

      Team varies by store and can't guarantee that every team is great. Sales colleagues carry a lot of responsibility for carrying out ethical sales to meet KPIs. Customer frustration can be volatile, and often tension can break your resilience over time. Strict KPIs put stores under a lot of stress, especially the managers.
