Management was awful, did very little to help anyone and only added unnecessary stress to the team. There was also issues with neuro divergent members of staff, one was treated like no one could touch them even when harassing other members of staff, the other just wanted to be treated like a normal person and was targeted and bullied out of the business. Neither of them work there anymore nor do the majority of the management team as far as I'm aware.
