After work in there for a while, are you sort of become like a little work family. The company does offer benefits and they do have work events like Christmas parties and the like so you get to meet other employees across the region.
Cons
The work drama sort of reminds you of a soap opera or Telenovela it just gets a little out of hand a times, so the best thing is to stay focused on your work.
