6 days at the office for 40 hours no O.T. pay - Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant Culligan Employee Review

There is simply not enough help to get the job done. I was promised there would be another person to help in the office. After many weeks of interviewing, it was decided to "promote" within. He was a huge help for the few weeks in that position, but since this office was short-handed also for servicemen, he was sent out (in his new office attire) to install water softeners. Our delivery guy (our only delivery guy) had 48-52 deliveries of 50 pound bags of salt and 5 gal bottles of water to make each day. It was obvious that things were heading down hill for me too. I quit.
