-The people are generally great, but they deserve better -Small office environment creates better relationships for a team environment -Benefits are pretty good
Cons
-Work Culture is awful, everyone is walking on eggshells because one simple mistake can cost someone their job -Management never communicates anything, company news has to be discovered through the grapevine -Management is rarely in the office, and nobody knows when they might be -Everyone is generally out for themselves, which causes lots of drama -No room for advancement, no opportunities for training, etc.
