- Company culture used to be strong, but it hasn't been the case in a while. It is demoralizing for many current employees. It'll take some time for it to be redifined in the context of many acquisitions over the years (resulting in many team reorganizations and departures that still continue to happen to this day).
- People team/HR is working hard to define existing position scopes, be more transparent about pay, and to improve internal growth opportunities and frameworks, but still lots to be done. Recent organizational changes and acquisitions have delayed some of this work. Consequence: strong talent tends to leave the company, creating a void in knowledge.
