      * Good for Fresher. * Can Learn lots of things during Training provided by Capgemini it is a quality Training all trainers are good. * If you wont get project initially no need to worry you can prepare new technology or contact your respective managers.

      Cons

      * Don't give Projects based on talent or person wanting technology * Sometimes good talented developers gets boring support or excel filling kind of projects
