Cons
Worst MNC Company ever They just conduct the interview, won't update your interview status! If you ask interview status after a while, just simply they'll reject you! Even if you got selected, they won't send you offer letter. Most probably they hire 1 in 100-500. In a week, i can see this issue on LinkedIn 5-6 times, candidates posting regarding same problem. I don't understand what happened to Capgemini nowadays. I have attended twice, but no results! If you think i'm not worthy enough to get selected, i got selected for most of the remaning all companies except Capgemini. So you can understand how nasty Capgemini's recruitment process is. I really lost respect on Capgemini. I just give rating of the Capgemini is 0.5/10
