      Pros

      I am so happy to work in capgemini.even though we didn't experience work environment in offline due to covid.The trainers and mentors did a great job through online mode, they provided all the support and knowledge.

      Cons

      There were no cons but the thing is we can't experience work culture but this was due to pandemic situation.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k

      Hazy career path Little to no recognition Nonexistent salary hikes
