      They offer a nice range of interesting and sometimes prestigious missions.

      Cons

      You need to be lucky to be staffed on an interesting mission. No negotiation exists whatsoever> Salary is a shame. The lowest in the industry and no respectable raise. I have seen people 40 years old paid like freshmen's.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k

      Hazy career path Little to no recognition Nonexistent salary hikes
