      Be bold and honest, they are listening to their employees. A lot of education material is available. They do events and organize special interest groups that cater to most peoples interests.

      Cons

      Negotiate a high start salary, getting a raise is - as everywhere in BE - hard. Company cars at Capgemini BE are below average for an IT company in Belgium.
