Pros
Plenty of opportunities for challenges and learning as there is a lot of talented people in the company.
Cons
Little training except for internal Capgemini courses. The appraisal and career management system is insane and takes way to much time. Salaries are on the low side, and do not expect to get a pay rise. So make sure you get the pay you want when you start!
