Employees are the biggest assets that someone can have as a company. But from the recent appraisal it doesn't seems like that for Capgemini
Cons
Nothing right. If you can't give appraisal then why the heck you are hiring. Fire those executives who took the wrong decision and distribute their salary, instead of torturing all employees.
