      Pros

      There are lots of great opportunities which you have to step up and grab. My degree is sponsored so I get to study for free all while working with big reputable clients.

      Cons

      Starting at the bottom means salary is not in line with market value. It is often difficult to distinguish yourself from your peers and be rewarded for it.
