Pros
Capgemini has a good brand name. They allow to change profile i.e. inter department transfer after 2 years. For a long run its a good option.
Cons
Always try to get the work done in low cost. I worked on HSBC account which was very unstable and dangerous for contractors, because at any time they can fire you. You will never get a chance to talk with senior managers since there are many middle level managers. Very less exposure.
