      Work-life balance is good. Work place has cafeteria with a variety of food. company provides shuttle service although it is a paid service. Seniors are humble.

      Cons

      Pay is Lesser than industry standard. Capgemini Employees at iGate need to contact Capgemini Campuses for their employment related queries. Integration with iGate is taking attention away from newly recruited Employees.
