Pros
* training (although being scaled back to more virtual and fewer in person) * brilliant office facilities including free coffee :) * great socials albeit poorly attended * constant learning opps. if not on bench
Cons
* lack of community in London office and around Practice Areas (although some are slightly better than others here) * most teams are psychologically unsafe environments due to fear of bad reviews and culture of 1 bad review and you are out * career opportunities not as good as they have been previously - due to massive overhiring and flooding of BCGers into the market, and less demand pull into tech/VC/PE/corporate strat teams due to economic climate
