      Pros

      The French office is beautiful, with great offices. The offered package is good too, with many benefits however you should negociate it well since there are few perspectives of increase. People are nice to work with and the culture of excellency and extra-mile a big plus if you like your job.

      Cons

      There are realistically no ways of climbing the ladder if you are in the support functions. You will be stuck at your job without any perspectives unless you are mobile georgraphically.
