Pros

I love the company and the environment. You get to meet people from all over the world, it's so exciting! The job is very tough at the beginning, especially during peak season, but after a few months you get used to it. You work hard and you will see results. There are plenty of jobs to apply to if you want a career, you need to wait 9-12 months in your current one and you're good to go :)

Cons

Peak season is very very busy, it's hard to get days off during that time
