      * Amazing to work at such large scale company * So many talented people you can work with and learn from * Above average market salary

      Cons

      * The company perks are not as good as you'd expect from a name such as Booking.com * Teams mostly work in silos, so extremely difficult to get things done when multiple teams are required to do something * Your work rarely has big impact, we are small cogs in a huge machine
