      All the up sides you'd expect from a major international bank. Beautiful offices, flexible working policies, good benefits and salary and a CEO and board who say all the right things

      Cons

      Weak leadership, lack of vision, total inertia in trying to deliver change, overly bureaucratic, board opinion and statements do not translate to the middle management team or daily operations

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
